Who we are

Rplyr is operated by Naraharisetti Sriram, sole proprietor, Bengaluru, India. You can reach us at hello@rplyr.co.

Acceptance

By creating an account or joining the waitlist for Rplyr (the “service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service does

Rplyr connects to your Google Business Profile, pulls your customer reviews, and generates AI-drafted replies for you to approve and post. Replies are posted only after you approve them.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate signup information and keep it current.
• You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.
• You can only connect Google Business Profiles you have the authority to manage.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to mislead customers, post fake reviews, harass reviewers, violate Google's policies, or do anything illegal. We can suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated content

The drafts we generate are suggestions. AI can produce errors, tone mismatches, or factually wrong statements. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before it's posted to Google. We are not responsible for the consequences of any reply you choose to publish.

Subscription and billing

• Founding-member pricing is $19/month, locked in for the life of your account as long as the subscription remains continuously active.
• Subscriptions renew monthly. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We use Stripe for payments. If a payment fails, we'll email you and retry; if it keeps failing, we may pause your account until the balance is settled.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Email us at hello@rplyr.co within 14 days of starting a new subscription and we'll refund you in full. This applies to the first 14 days of a new subscription only.

Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for the service to be available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties — Google, Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe — and outages or API changes from those services may affect what Rplyr can do.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rplyr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page.
