How we handle your data

Who we are

Rplyr (“we”, “us”) helps small business owners reply to their Google reviews using AI-generated drafts. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Account info. Your email address and password when you sign up. Sign-up and login are handled through Supabase authentication.
• Waitlist info. If you joined the pre-launch waitlist, the email address you gave us.
• Google Business Profile data. Once you connect your Google Business Profile via OAuth, we access your business information and the reviews on your profile from Google, so we can draft replies to them.
• Drafts and feedback. The reply drafts we generate for you, and the feedback you give on those drafts (for example, marking a draft as good or bad).

How we use it

• Run the service — fetch your reviews, generate reply drafts, and post the replies you approve.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Improve the quality of the drafts we generate.
• Email you about your account and the service.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Services we use

We rely on a handful of third-party services to run Rplyr. Your data passes through them only as needed to provide the service.

• Supabase — our database and login.
• Vercel — hosting.
• Anthropic's Claude API — we send your review text to it to generate reply drafts.
• Stripe — payments, when enabled.
• Google — sign-in and the Business Profile APIs we use to read your reviews and post your approved replies.

Google user data

Rplyr's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google Business Profile data only to provide user-facing features: fetching your reviews and posting replies you have approved. We never sell this data, never use it for advertising, and never transfer it except as needed to provide the service. You can revoke Rplyr's access at any time in your Google Account settings.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Your data is deleted when you delete your account, or on request to hello@rplyr.co.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version on this page.
